Personal Assistant to Board Directors
Nottingham (Hybrid)
12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
The Opportunity
A highly successful and growing professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a number of Board-level executives.
This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting senior leadership, where you’ll act as a trusted right hand to key stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping drive business efficiency.
Offering a hybrid working arrangement, this role requires regular onsite presence in Nottingham and would suit an experienced PA or Executive Assistant who thrives in a professional, corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Complex diary and inbox management for multiple Board-level executives
  • Coordinating and supporting executive meetings, leadership forums and business reviews
  • Preparing agendas, board papers and meeting documentation
  • Taking ownership of meeting logistics and tracking actions and follow-up activities
  • Organising UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
  • Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating client meetings and visitor arrangements
  • Managing meeting room bookings, refreshments and presentation facilities
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting wider administrative and leadership teams as required
  • Handling highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
About You
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or Board-level executives
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong diary management experience across multiple stakeholders
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Able to work independently and proactively
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to manage changing priorities
  • Professional, polished and customer-focused approach
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
