The Role Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will:
- Lead and develop the Management Accounts team
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, WIP and stock
- Support year-end and audit processes
- Provide commercial insight to support decision-making
- Drive process improvements and systems enhancements
- CIMA / ACCA Qualified
- Strong management accounting experience
- Team leadership or supervisory background
- Confident communicator with stakeholders
- Experience in asset-heavy or engineering sectors
- Exposure to Dynamics / Business Central
- Strong Excel skills
