The Role:
- Full ownership of monthly management accounts and reporting
- Responsibility for day-to-day finance operations
- Business partnering with operational and sales teams
- Cashflow forecasting, analysis, and reporting
- Driving process improvements and efficiencies
- Supporting audit and wider commercial decision-making
- Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or experienced accountant
- Strong background in management accounting
- Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working independently
- Experience with Xero or similar systems
- Strong Excel and stakeholder management skills
- Genuine ownership and autonomy
