We’re partnering with a fast-growing organisation to recruit a hands-on HR Business Partner. This is a broad generalist role supporting multiple sites, focused on driving people initiatives, improving processes, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders across sites as a trusted advisor
- Manage and develop an HR team, ensuring effective delivery
- Support change programmes, restructures, and growth initiatives
- Coach managers on performance, engagement, and ER matters
- Oversee employee relations cases
- Review and implement HR policies and processes
- Support recruitment and training delivery
- Work within TUPE and unionised environments
- Proven HR generalist / HRBP experience
- Experience managing or leading an HR team
- Background in multi-site, operational environments
- Knowledge of TUPE and unions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- CIPD Level 5 preferred (or Level 3 with equivalent experience)
- High-visibility role with senior leadership
