Location: Derby City Centre (Office Based)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
- Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring information remains accurate and relevant
- Manage and update customer and prospect data within the CRM system
- Liaise with external PR partners, agencies and suppliers
- Support the promotion and delivery of networking, client and wellbeing events
- Assist with the organisation and coordination of both virtual and face-to-face events
- Create marketing materials and collateral to support business objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting where required
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience within a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Executive role
- Strong social media and digital marketing knowledge
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining marketing databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A creative mindset with the confidence to bring forward new ideas
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
- Experience supporting events and stakeholder engagement activities
