We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Shop Technician to join a leading manufacturing environment. Our client offers a dynamic and innovative environment that values quality and continuous improvement.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Manufacturing and machining prototype and low-volume production parts
- Supporting design and development processes from concept to completion
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery
- Ensuring components meet tight tolerances through precise work
- Inspecting parts using various measuring equipment
- Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Supporting compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001)
- Upholding health, safety, and environmental policies
- At least 5 years of experience in a precision workshop environment
- Proven skills in CNC programming and operation
- Strong interpretation of engineering drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
