What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Processing customer orders received via email and through the company website
- Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
- Working closely with Account Managers to support sales targets and customer requirements
- Identifying opportunities to promote products to existing customers
- Providing a high level of customer service and administrative support
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Learning and working with the company’s new ERP system
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using IT systems and learning new software
- A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive working environment
- Customer service, administration or sales experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
- Salary of £26,436 per annum
- Bonus scheme with the potential to earn up to 20% additional earnings
- Regular bonus payments, with team members typically earning additional monthly bonuses
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
