The role

Key responsibilities
- Track and manage sales documentation, ensuring records are stored and shared accurately
- Review and check sales costings in line with internal approval processes
- Raise and resolve queries with sales teams, operations, and internal stakeholders
- Input and maintain detailed asset and equipment data within core business systems
- Ensure timely raising of system transactions and related invoices
- Create, maintain, amend and cancel rental or sales agreements
- Set up and maintain customer records within internal systems
- Provide administrative cover and support across the wider team when required
- Produce ad-hoc reports and information relating to sales, costings, and asset values
- Carry out additional reasonable administrative duties as required
- Previous experience in a sales administration or operational admin role
- Strong attention to detail with good numeracy and data accuracy skills
- Confident using business systems and handling structured data
- Well organised, with the ability to manage workload and deadlines
- Comfortable liaising with multiple internal teams
- A flexible team player with a proactive and professional approach
