Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and internal communications
- Manage workflow through shared services and ensure all tasks reach completion
- Maintain CRM systems, client protocols, and support business development activities
- Coordinate meetings, events, diaries and travel arrangements
- Produce high‑quality documents and manage correspondence
- Support billing, financial processes, WIP management and expense handling
- Complete online applications, manage data rooms and ensure compliance across files
- Provide flexible support to the wider team and assist colleagues where needed
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Strong document management and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach
- A passion for delivering high-quality service within the health and advisory sector
