- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A good working knowledge of HR at Administrative/Coordinator level
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with basic HR policies and procedures
- Attention to detail and error checking skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
- Previous experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
