- Process and reconcile daily settlement transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies or issues related to settlement activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth settlement processes
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation in compliance with company policies
- Assist in optimising settlement procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies independently
- Prior experience in settlements, finance, or related administrative roles- essential
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Familiarity with settlement platforms or financial software
