An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Analyst to join the UK operations of a growing international organisation within the health and life sciences sector. This position is instrumental in supporting data-led decision-making, improving internal processes, and ensuring strategic alignment across the business.

About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights that help shape commercial and operational strategy. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimise data systems, and promote a culture of informed decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of projects aimed at improving business performance and decision-making processes.
- Promote the effective use of reporting tools and data systems across departments.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability through oversight of data processes and quality controls.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to improve data literacy and system adoption.
- Act as the key UK expert for the organisation’s CRM platform, ensuring its effective use and alignment with broader objectives.
- Deliver insight-driven analysis to support planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
- Gather market intelligence and coordinate information sharing from external sources and industry bodies.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in systems and reporting practices.
About You:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a data-driven or analytical role within a commercial environment, preferably in the life sciences or related sectors.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Effective communicator who can present complex ideas clearly and influence at all levels.
- Proficient in CRM systems and data visualisation/reporting tools.
- Confident working across strategic and operational levels with strong business partnering skills.
- Positive, self-motivated, and collaborative.
