The role
You’ll be responsible for producing accurate, timely reporting and insight around campaign activity, helping stakeholders (internal and external) understand performance and make better decisions. Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain regular performance reports for internal and external audiences
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Create clear dashboards / reporting packs and commentary (not just numbers)
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reporting outputs
- Support improvements to reporting processes and data quality
- Strong experience in a Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst style role. Must have Power BI / Power Query, less so SQL
- Comfortable handling and interpreting large datasets
- Confident communicating insight to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-led approach

- Permanent position
- On-site in Leicester (LE12 area)
- 40 hours per week
- Salary/benefits: £35k plus 23 days holiday + bank hols. Pension Scheme, Free Parking
