The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of service administration
- Booking in jobs and service appointments accurately
- Scheduling engineers/fitters, optimising diaries and routes
- Raising and processing invoices in a timely manner
- Providing high-quality customer service, acting as a key point of contact
- General administrative duties to support the wider team
- Organising service records, documentation, and reports
- Assisting with equipment assessments and service follow-ups
- Liaising with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth operations
- Strong all-round administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience in a service, scheduling, or coordination role
- Ideally from a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload in a busy setting
- Competent with Microsoft Office and office systems
- A proactive and adaptable team player
