- Proven experience in finance operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of purchase ledger and credit control processes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Sharp numerical and analytical abilities
- High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Competency in IT tools, especially accounting software and Excel
- Experience in managing and developing finance teams
