MY APPROACH
With 20 years recruitment experience (and having also run my own business for 10 years), I am conscious that bringing a new person in to the fold can be a delicate balancing act of making sure they have the right experience and skill set, but equally ensuring that they are right for the business culturally too. After spending so much time getting to know candidates and clients, I am a great judge of character and very good at being able to ensure the right fit for both candidate and client. My approach is simple – listen and ensure understanding of what both clients and candidates are looking for to ensure a perfect fit.

Did you know? I have a knack for transforming ordinary days into great celebrations! As an avid birthday cake maker and a creative spirit, I love adding a personal touch to every event or even around the home. Whether it’s crafting the perfect cake for my children’s birthday, or pulling together a new pair of curtains for the home (no pun intended) – I just love to make things.
