Being a business development manager, I am here to build strong and trusting relationships with our clients. I’m here to ensure clients have a full understanding of what Cherry can offer and how we are able to fully support business recruitment needs. As well as this I support client events, preferred supplier agreements and client development.

After almost seven years working in recruitment, I have worked with a variety of candidates and clients as well as working roles at multiple levels. My approach is to listen and be consultative, I believe that the best way to form a collaborative partnership is strong communication, honesty and building trust.
