Job Description

Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager for their Nottingham based client. Primarily you will be office based, however, you'll also want to spend some time directly with customers - meeting them on-site (throughout the UK) where necessary.

You will ideally be computer savvy and have the ability to understand the clients' software functionality and how it supports business success, you'll keep customers aware of these opportunities and promote product enhancements and solutions. As a proficient user of Windows Office software, you'll demonstrate a flair for making sense of customer data, including producing reports on customer health scores and feedback.

Duties

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
  • Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
  • Program manage account escalations
  • Experience managing KPI's & SLA's

Skills, Experienece & Competencies
  • 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Client facing up to C level
  • Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
  • Proficient in Office software
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM (desired)
  • Experience of working within the Technology Services Sector (desired)
  • Legal Domain Knowledge (desired)
