Job Description

Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for their Nottingham client. This is a full-time positon and you will be required to have a degree of flexibility to work between 7am to 8pm, Monday - Friday and 8am to 6pm on Saturdays if required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving any queries customers may have over the phone or via email
  • Having a detailed knowledge of the company's services, procedures and processes, to enable problems to be dealt with as they arrive, often dealing with issues under time pressure
  • Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
  • Adhering to data protection protocols
  • Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
  • Open to trying different or new approaches
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes through highlighting problems and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Support other areas of operation where increased work volumes have been received

Essential Skills

  • Efficient skill level and experienced background with computers including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to ensure that successful relationships are established and maintained with customers
  • Deal with escalated customer telephone calls in a prompt, customer focused manner
  • Have strong data input skills (speed and accuracy)
  • Logical, analytical thinking with the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively
