Job Description

Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a fast growing SME organisation within Nottingham. The role of a Customer Service Administrator is integral for ensuring the overall smooth running of a busy and well run Service department.

Responsibilities

To process telephone calls/email correspondence
Collating quotations and processing them accordingly
Contact clients for the purpose of booking necessary work when required
Follow up call out's by providing small works quotations and satisfaction surveys

Update Customer computer and file records
Closing calls down on the system
Key Account Management responsibilities


Ideal Person
Previous experience in a Customer Service based role would be ideal
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Knowledge of spreadsheets on Excel
Strong Administration skills
Ability to multitask
Superb level of Customer Service
Good Time keeper
