£27000 - £32000 per annum
Job DescriptionCherry Professional are currently working with a complex and unionised organisation to recruit a HR Manager on an interim basis.
Recruitment and induction of new employees
Employee relations - including liaison with Trade Union representatives
Maintain employee records
Job profiling - including benchmarking process
Monitor attendance management
Learning and Development
Reporting of all HR data on a monthly basis
Review HR policies and procedures in accordance with changes in legislation
CIPD Level 7 Qualified
Experience of working in a unionised environment
Happy to roll sleeves up and muck in
Strong communication and influencing skills
You may have also applied for HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or Human Resources Manager roles.
This role is easily commutable from Nottinghamshire or Derbyshire.
