Cherry Professional are currently working with a Nottingham based organisation to recruit a HR, Payroll and Benefits Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract. Your role will be to look after all HR, Payroll and Benefits for all employees within this fast paced organisation.
Responsibilities
Managing all employee relations case work
Dealing with all new starter and finisher paperwork
Processing employee payroll information on a monthly basis
Manage compensation and benefits
Training and Development of current employees
Coaching leaders to develop their teams
Ensure compliance with UK employment law
Internal communications regarding CSR activities
Ad hoc reporting on HR management information
Manage a small team
Ideal Person
CIPD Level 7 qualified
HR Generalist background
Committed to a 12 month contract role
Experience of working in a fast paced environment
