Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Sales & Purchase Ledger Manager for our client based on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre. This role would suit someone with previous experience within an accounting and finance function with managerial skills.

Responsible for:

Supervising a small team of staff with the day to day accounting duties.
Ensuring the team are maintaining the purchase & sales ledgers of the company
Managing all accounting processes, procedures and internal controls
Updating and reconciling bank and cash records on a monthly basis.
Managing elements of the cash handling on site and supporting credit control.

Ideal Candidate:

You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting/bookkeeping role, with line management experience.
Be able demonstrable an ability to reconcile ledgers, bank and cash accounts payments
Experience of prioritising work and delivering on targets with strong attention to detail.
Intermediate excel ability required.
