Job Description


Cherry Professional are currently for a full time permanent Purchase Ledger Assistant for our client is based close to Nottingham City Centre. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skill set in this area of accounts within a busy and thriving business.

Key Responsibilities :

All aspects of purchase ledger, including inputting and matching up invoices
Setting up new suppliers
Reconciling credit balalnces
Ensuring invoices are authorised for payment
Organising payment runs
Resolving queries and challenging disputes

Ideal Candidate :

Ability to work to meet deadlines in a high volume processing function
Good communication skills
IT literate with knowledge of Excel and Sage
Experience in a purchase ledger function
