Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Assistant on behalf of our client based in Nottingham City Centre. This role is covering a 12 month fixed term contract and will require you to work 2 full days a week with flexibility to cover holidays and sickness as and when required. Reporting into the Finance Manager this is a great opportunity for someone to join a well established business and develop their skill set.

This role will be involved in:

Processing purchasing invoices and orders
Inputting purchase invoices into the system
Organising supplier payments
Generating sales invoices
Chasing outstanding and overdue invoices
Reconciliation of statements
General administrative duties

Ideal candidate

Self motivated
Team Player, but also able to work using own initiative
Keen passion to work within a finance/accounts function
IT Literate
