Job Description
Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Credit Controller on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Nottingham. This role is on a temporary to permanent basis and would suit someone with minimum 2 years' experience within a credit control function.
Reporting into the Credit Control Manager, you will be working within a team environment responsible for:
Ensure debt is collected within agreed credit terms
Reconcile accounts and to resolve customer queries.
Manage a ledger of key customers maintaining high value accounts
Liaise with Customers and staff to ensure customer queries are resolved
Provide cover for other credit controllers as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent knowledge of credit control procedures
Used to working with high value, key customer accounts in a large organisation
Good communication both written and verbal
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
Good excel skills to intermediate level
Self motivated, efficient and organised
