Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for my client based on the outskirts of Newark. This is a great oppotunity to make your mark in either a purchase ledger or sales ledger function dependant on which route you would like to take.
Depending on which role you decide is for you, duties will include:
Processing of Invoices
Inputting and matching invoicing
Reconcile bank accounts
Input requests for new suppliers / supplier changes
Setting up new accounts on the system
General Account Assistant duties
The ideal candidate:
Computer literate, with knowledge of Sage 200 would be an advantage
Has a strong accounts experience in either purchase or sales ledger functions
Has a good knowledge of Excel
Good communication skills
Abililty to work to deadlines
