Digital Marketing Executive
Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a bright, creative and commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive for their Grantham based client.
Working as part of the Marketing & Communications team, the Digital Marketing Executive will have specific experience in content creation and campaign management to maximize the visibility of group brands. This is very hands-on role; maximising the ROI of our activity to offer real value to the businesses within the group.
A degree (or equivalent) in marketing
At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
Demonstrable experience in writing compelling and informative content
Experience in running social and email campaigns with familiarity with social advertising and email platforms (specifically, Facebook and Mailchimp)
Experience in managing websites through WordPress and using tools such as Google Analytics.
Duties and key responsibilities:
Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimise existing content and uncover new opportunities
Monitor, analyse and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies
Help to create and support and website and marketing content to be pushed out through various channels, including social and email
Manage social content and advertising campaigns over various brands, including objective setting, audience building and ad creation through to the wider journey of conversion-to-lead on site.
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
Maintaining websites by checking for errors, broken links, and hacking attempts
Stellar written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
An aptitude for making quick, quality decisions.
An understanding of organisation-wide issues and be able to suggest solutions for resolution.
Experience of project management methodology including document templates, identifying project phases, reporting and planning information for successful project delivery.
To adhere to all the organisations standards, policies and procedures.
To comply with the data protection regulations, ensuring that information on clients remains confidential.
To administrate and organise own work to ensure that it is accurate and meets quality targets, reasonable deadlines and reporting requirements.
To undertake any other tasks, duties or projects which may arise from time to time which are commensurate with the general level of this post and as directed by the board.
