Cherry Professional are recruiting for an experienced Administrator for their client based in Derby.
The job duties are as followed:
-Data entry of invoices
-Checking of colleagues data
-Taking incoming calls in to the company on the telephone switchboard and distributing to the relevant member of staff
-Franking and recording all out going post
-Ad hoc accounts / admin work
You will need to have:
-A good telephone manner is essential
-High level of accuracy is imperative
-Good keyboard / typing skills
