Workforce Planning Manager - North Nottingham - £25-30K

We are proud to be working with a unique, growing and reputable business based in North Nottingham in the search for a Workforce Planning Manager, on a contract basis.

Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional Workforce Planning Manager who will work in synergy with the Head of Service Delivery to oversee the resource scheduling. The main responsibilities of the role will be the effective delivery of sales and campaign data, ensuring customer demands are met and the forecasting of workflow. This is a very visible role where you will be pivotal in ensuring SLA's are hit and customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing resource scheduling
Forecasting and planning to ensure that customer demands are met against volumes and to
agreed service levels
Planning for the customer contact teams including forecasting
Analysing sales and campaign data.
Generating of management information
Reporting and business intelligence to inform decision making
Identifying opportunities and produce trend analysis

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience working in a Contact Centre Demand or Workforce Planning role
Immediately available or flexible to start a new role on short notice
Proven track record of achieving targets and hitting KPIs
Experience of reporting on sales data, identifying key trends and opportunities
Astute analytical skills with the ability to analyse campaign data
Strong working knowledge of MS Offices including Excel
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels.
