Customer Quality Coach | Salary £25,000 | Nottingham City Centre | Permanent | Hybrid | Flexible
Cherry Professional are supporting an innovative financial services business based in Nottingham City Centre to recruit for an Customer Quality Coach on a permanent basis. The career progression opportunities at this organisation are fantastic and the culture is known for being open and supportive
This role would suit someone who has previously worked within a Call Centre environment, within a Customer Service role where call coaching, call listening or call monitoring was part of the role

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week
To listen to telephone calls and score them with a score sheet
To check that the processes and procedures are being adhered to
To ensure that regulatory compliance and standards are managed and maintained
To review the quality of the administration work produced
Ideal person:
Previous Call Centre experience
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work to deadlines
Understanding of call quality
The ability to manage your own workload
