Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk - Lincoln - £10.00 - £11.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a well-established business based in Lincoln. They are seeking an Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis for up to 4 months. This role would suit someone who is immediately available.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing invoices and matching invoices
- Supplier and bank reconciliations
- Gaining authorisation for payment of invoices
- Liaison with suppliers
- Organising payment runs
- Dealing with any enquiries and queries

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience within an Accounts Payable function
- Highly organised with good time management skills
- Keen problem solver with the view to get to the root cause of an incident, with the view to adapt any process
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
