Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to work within a business close to the City Centre. This role is initially on a temporary basis, but could become permanent for the right person. Very busy environment with high volume processing.

Responsibilities:

Processing all purchase invoices
Organising purchase order numbers
Setting up new suppliers on the system
Lots of liaison both internally and externally
Obtaining authorisation on invoices.
Organising payment runs

Ideal Candidate:

Good communication skills
Used to working in a very busy environment
Strong purchase ledger experience
IT Literate
Self motivated
