Cherry professional are working with a global manufacturing company to recruit a Temporary Planning Administrator. You will be part of a small, tight-knit team responsible for liaising with suppliers and transport companies via telephone and email ensuring that purchase orders are received in line with requirements. You will be working in a fast-paced and supportive environment to ensure company targets are met.
Responsibilities will include:
Liaising with suppliers and transport companies
Ensuring purchased orders are received in line with requirements
Managing flow of deliveries into the site
General administrative duties
Updating company databases
The ideal candidate should have:
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner
Able to communicate effectively with suppliers/colleagues at all levels
Well-developed IT skills
Able to work independently or as part of a small team
Proven organisational skills
Able to prioritise and manage time effectively
Experience of working in a responsive, fast-paced environment
You could have previously applied for roles such as Administrative Assistant, Logistics Administrator or Transport Administrator.
