To make outgoing calls to confirm order details and update CRM
To deal with queries or questions arising from incoming calls, emails etc in regards to processing of orders.
To ensure all client notes and activities are accurately recorded on CRM system in compliance with Data Protection requirements and other applicable regulations.
To act as a point of contact for queries from relevant specialist centres
Able to arrange meeting and appointments for clients
Deal with complaints, queries and escalate when appropriate
Process incoming calls and direct to the relevant teams
Accurately input data, file, and scan paperwork

Hours vary and weekend work applies
