Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a highly competent Complaints Administrator to join a small but friendly team for a Financial Services company in Nottingham. The purpose of the role is to ensure all on-going complaints are investigated and resolved to set targets and deadlines.
Responding to requests for information and issuing documentation to the Financial Ombudsman Service
Ensuring all activities are recorded appropriately
Updating all systems
Ensuring final responses are issued for all complaints
Escalating any 'root cause' issues to line manager
Undertaking training as required
Adhere to all Policies and Processes
Close queries within regulatory timelines
Adhere to relevant regulations
Ability to review cases to a high standard and provide feedback to other
individuals in the team, contributing to monthly quality assessment.
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Confident with learning new systems and processes efficiently
Ability to act on own initiative when solving problems and making decisions
Skilled use of typical office software
Ability to provide feedback to others following review and assessment of work completed
