Temporary Administrator/Receptionist | Up to £9.38 per hour | Full time- 2 months minimum | North Nottingham

Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a well loved client who are based on the outskirts of Nottingham. This is an integral role to support the organisation during a transition period. 

Supporting the reception team to field incoming calls to the business and provide cover as required
Fielding incoming enquiries to the Aftersales team
Processing customer sales orders & associated enquiries
Preparing sales quotations for customers
Invoicing outgoing goods and service calls on a daily basis

Ideal Person
Have a friendly, positive and professional manner
Have strong verbal & written communication skills
Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively
Previous Administration experience preferred
Be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
An appetite to learn and get involved
Be a Team Player

Working Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
