This is an excellent opportunity for some interim work in central Derby.
Inbound calls and processing queries
Ad-hoc administrative duties
Chasing clients for documentation
Liaising with clients and being able to provide a high level of customer service and update the CRM system
Enthusiastic to learn
Able to work as part of a team
Confident with Microsoft Office applications
Must have atleast 6 months experience as an Administrator /Customer Service Advisor
