Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join an innovative company in Castle Donington.


-To provide excellent Customer Service and support to internal and external customers
- Order processing
-To be professional at all times ensuring you escalate any Customer Service issues to your line manager
- Upselling and promoting where possible
- Updating stock prices
-Ensure the smooth running of one or more corporate accounts
-Assist in developing colleagues' knowledge of customer accounts
-Manage and prioritise daily / weekly workload
-Working on Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
-Ensure all Customer Service calls are dealt with in a timely manner
-Good attention to detail

Ideal Person

-Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
-Able to use SAP
-Professional telephone manner in order to provide the best customer service possible
-Ability to communicate to people at all levels of the business-
-Good time management skills
-A passion for Customer Service

Hours- 08:30-17:00
