Temporary Customer Service Administrator - Full Time - £17,000-£18,000. - Ashby De La Zouch

Responsibilities

- To provide telephone and email support
- To give customers support and advice regarding a wide product range
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries and queries
- Receive and process orders into the computer system
- Produce and send invoices to obtain payment for goods supplied.
- Maintain and file all relevant documentation in order to enable access
- Support sales channel Manager's, duties to include
- Process Customer samples, including follow up calls

The ideal person for this role will have previous experience within a Customer Service role or a background working within an After Sales role. It would also be beneficial if you have experience working in fast paced role dealing with multiple enquiries at once. Good communication, IT and MS Office applications skills are a must.
