Temporary Customer Service Administrator job - full time - £17,000-£18,000, to start end of March 2019

Responsibilities

- To provide telephone and email support
- To give customers support and advice regarding a wide product range
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries and queries
- Receive and manage emails and enquiries through shared mailbox
- Produce and send invoices to obtain payment for goods supplied.
- Maintain and file all relevant documentation in order to enable access
- Process Customer samples, including follow up calls

The ideal person for this role will have previous experience within a Customer Service role or a background working within an office based environment. It would also be beneficial if you have experience working in fast paced role dealing with multiple enquiries at once. Good communication, IT and MS Office applications skills are a must.
