Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a permanent, full time, Technical Sales Administrator for their Nottingham based client.
Your main responsibilities will be initial lead capture and setup in the CRM system, qualification of leads, providing lead progress/update reports at weekly briefings, second stage contract review of orders received, processing of all incoming orders ensuring accuracy at all times, handling first stage product sales, supporting the internal sales team with chasing outstanding quotations, answering calls to the sales office, ensuring the CRM is up-to-date and correct, and providing cover for members of the Internal Sales team.Demonstrable experience in a sales administration role within an industrial equipment sales environment, a sound technical knowledge
The ability to demonstrate an excellent level of customer service and the ability to build rapport with customers
Be a target-driven (sales focused) individual with a strong desire to succeed and establish a career in industrial technical sales
Possess effective communication and persuasion skills with customers in person, on the phone or via e-mail
Be responsive to requests for information from customers and colleagues
Have experience of using CRM systems
A knowledge of SAP would be a distinct advantage
