Technical Contracts Administrator | Permanent | Nottinghamshire

are proud to be partnered with an innovative client who are seeking an experienced Technical Contracts Administrator to join them on a full-time permanent contract.
As part of a small team, in this position you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the processing of contract additions, deletions and changes as part of the Business Take-On function. The role requires you to develop a high level of technical understanding, interest and administrative skills related to the production of customer facing documents and internal updates.
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the Contracts Database
  • Deal with Entitlement Queries from the Customer Support Team
  • Work closely with internal departments to inform them of new contracts
  • Ensure planned parts are sent to the correct FSL/Site-Stock Location
  • Liaise with Account Managers to ensure the smooth on-boarding of new customers
Ideal Candidate:
  • You must have previous experience in administration
  • Highly skilled in MS Office and Excel (vlook ups, pivot tables and formulas)
  • Friendly, approachable and helpful
  • Ability to prioritise and organize in a busy environment
