Talent Acquisition Partner | Exclusive to Cherry| Flexible working (60% of the time) 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with an established retail business to act as a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the retail and operations stakeholders on a brand new exciting project.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be working in partnership with a number of key stakeholders in the business and assist in supporting the growing workforce.  You will work strategically to ensure that the organisation has a continuous pipeline of talented individuals to join the business.  You will utilise social media channels, job boards and proactive sourcing to enable you to attract talent from across the UK.

The successful candidate will be a key player in this team, reporting to the Head of Resourcing and working as part of a highly regarded team.  As a team, you are also responsible for a number of talent acquisition projects - including increasing Diversity & Inclusion, increasing retention and reducing attrition.

The Role…
-Work closely with stakeholders to understand people strategy in line with business objectives.
-Ensure the most appropriate talent attraction techniques are in place so that there is a constant pool of exceptional talent.
-Shortlist, telephone screen and arrange interviews with hiring line managers
-Coaching and development of line managers to assist them in following recruitment best practice and ensuring excellent candidate experience.
-Ensuring that the ATS is utilised fully - including the reporting of recruitment management information.
-Support with designing and holding assessment centres.

Your Experience…
-You will have worked in a fast paced multi site organisation
- Experience of recruting drivers (in-house)
-You will be comfortable in a high volume recruitment role
-Knowledge of best practice and the ability to ensure this is followed
-Senior influencing and communication skills
-Ability to self manage and work to targets
