Cherry Professional has an exciting opportunity for you. We are supporting a fast-growing well known, and loved retail business. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help on the distribution side of the company.
As the Talent Partner, you will be dedicated to supporting critical stakeholders of the business. This role will allow you to RecruitDrivers for the Distribution side of the company.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand people strategy in line with business objectives.
Ensure the most appropriate talent attraction techniques are in place to have a constant pool of exceptional talent.
Shortlist drivers by telephone screening and arrange interviews with hiring line managers.
To ensure that the ATS is utilised fully - including the reporting of recruitment management information.
You will be working in a high volume, fast paced Talent Acquisition environment and offering the candidates the best experience.
To partner closely with senior business leaders to build talent pools and lead the company through changing market conditions.
You will have worked in a fast-paced multi-site organisation.
You will be comfortable in a high volume recruitment role.
Knowledge of best practices and the ability to ensure this is followed.
Senior influencing and communication skills.
Ability to self manage and work to targets.
Experience recruiting Drivers.

£30,000 - £35,000 basic salary.
