Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager for their client based in Nottingham City Centre. As Talent Acquisition Manager you will have experience of managing stakeholders and working strategically to ensure best practices are in place.

Responsibilities:

Managing end to end recruitment process for roles at all levels

Working closely with key stakeholders to build a recruitment strategy

Understanding current and future resourcing needs, together with building the candidate pool to meet requirements

Sourcing the very best candidates in the market in new and innovative ways to time, budget and quality.

Arranging and holding interviews and supporting hiring managers in hiring decisions

Proving recruitment advice and support to key stakeholders

Managing external relationships across the industry from recruitment agencies to universities to event organisers

Tell the companies story externally to bring awareness of their brand, business and culture.


Experience & Key Skills

Experience working as a recruiter within tight time-lines

History of recruitment and selection across a variety of functions at all levels

Experience of managing multiple stakeholders

Knowledge of sourcing practices and tools and full cycle recruiting components

Able to work accurately under pressure

Able to work autonomously, drive ideas and take initiative when appropriate

Strong negotiation skills
