Are you available to start work immediately? A full time Stock Office Clerk role has become available on a temporary to permanent basis.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company based on the outskirts of Lincoln

Due to the location of the company your own transport is essential

Role: Stock Office Clerk

Salary: £10.14 per hour


Location: Lincoln


Hours of work: 8am – 4pm or 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday


Duties:


Consulting with customers via the telephone and e-mail

Create and allocate stock to customer orders

Contacting the transport companies to ensure the correct transport is in place

Dealing with the onsite veterinary surgeons

Updating management with current activities or issues

Covering the receipt and despatch desk

Managing vehicles and drivers on and off site

Processing stock receipts and despatches

Working closely with all departments across the site

A polite and friendly individual who enjoys helping people

Will have an enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn

Has the ability to work with speed and efficiency

Excellent communication skills

The ability to multitask

Admin knowledge

Strong IT skills

This is a temporary to permanent position

Working within a friendly team of 7 / 8 people in an office environment

Overtime paid at either time and half or double time

Permanent salary is £21, 091
