Cherry Professional are working with an established business in Ilkeston, due to growth within the business they recruiting for a Service Administrator to join their team.
You will be responsible for administration, managing and processing information.
- Responsible for handling all customer enquires in a timely and professional manner
- Manage suppliers and raising of order numbers to ensure our costs are controlled
- Ensure the systems are fully updated with accurate and clear information for relevant departments
- Effectively plan and organise time to maximise productivity and efficiency for the individual, the workshops and the customers.
- Handle all vehicle breakdowns
Skills and experience
- Strong technical knowledge and vehicle industry experience is required
- Attentive to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent IT Skills.
