Service & Scheduling Administrator - Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a permanent and full time Service & Scheduling Administrator for their Nottingham City Centre Client. The role will be phone based with a great deal of administrative duties.
Duties will include:
Full aspects of administration
Contacting and organsing the engineers
Processing call outs, ordering of parts, quotations out on some of their parts, processing information that comes into the business, updating the database
Closing calls down on the system
Dealing with customers questions, enquiries and queries
The ideal Candidate:
Need to be very astute, listen to people over the phone
High attention to detail and accuracy is key
Good listening skills as will be speaking to engineers on the phone etc.
Verbal and written (Good English is a MUST)
Use own initiative, enthusiastic and wants to work and learn
