Matching invoices to purchase orders
Processing invoices for payments
Setting up new suppliers
Liaising internally to ensure orders and approvals are made
Organising payment runs
General office duties.
Strong purchase ledger experience
A team player but able to work from own initiative
Good attention to detail
Strong communication skills
IT literate with knowledge of Excel
